Delete Your Account and Data

If you have an account with one of our apps, you can request that your account and associated data be permanently deleted.

Note: Some of our apps let you delete your account directly within the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account). Using the in-app option is faster. Use the form below only if you can’t access the app, or your app doesn’t yet offer in-app deletion.

How it works

  1. Select the app your account is with, and enter the email address associated with that account.
  2. We manually verify each request to confirm it’s coming from the actual account owner, so it may take a few business days.
  3. Once verified, we’ll email you at the address you provided with confirmation and any further steps.
  4. Your account and the personal data tied to it will then be deleted.

What gets deleted

For the selected app, data including your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).

What we may retain

We may retain limited information where required by law, to prevent fraud/abuse, or to comply with financial/tax record-keeping obligations, for a limited retention period.
