Delete Your Account & Data
If you have an account in one of our apps, you can request deletion of that account and the personal data associated with it using the form below.
What happens after you submit a request
- Our support team will contact you within 7 business days to verify the request against the email address on your account.
- Once verified, your account and the personal data associated with it (profile information, saved preferences, and app activity) will be deleted within 30 days.
- Some information may be retained beyond that period where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting obligations (for example, records of transactions). Any such data is deleted once that retention requirement ends.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.
You can also request deletion directly from within the app, if the app you're using offers an in-app account deletion option, without needing to use this page.
